I am an enthusiastic, creative artist who has always treasured the true beauty of making sensational art pieces throughout my life – whether for sale or not. Over the past few years, my work has blended acrylic and oil paintings relating to naturalistic scenery, animals, and historical perspectives. I aim to tell a story without words that the observer can know by looking at any piece I create. My artwork references the four seasons of the year at the locations where I have been. Most of the time, however, my work has no similarities between the projects I work on at any given time. In other words, a great deal of my work is from my heart, and how I feel at that one moment in time can represent various emotions.
Over the past couple of years, I have accumulated several pieces of art that help define me as a unique artist. Abstract or realism usually best describes my work context, or sometimes a bit of both. I have experiment will portraits but that is not my strong suit, instead I opt for other scenes. My appreciation towards Van Gogh and Monet is unimaginable because of all the hours they put into making fabulous pictures that are hung in many museums today. As an architectural draftsperson, my traits are similar to Leonardo da Vinci’s habits of designing buildings, being an inventor, and solving problems that improve the world. Of course, his paintings are deeply fascinating as well because they require deep thoughts from the onlookers, which is why I truly admire all his works such the Mona Lisa (La Gioconda).
My Achievements
Building upon my foundation in industrial drafting and computer graphics, I pursued further academic enrichment by earning a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management. This interdisciplinary leap into construction management provided a comprehensive understanding of the built environment, encompassing project planning, resource management, and construction methodologies.
My Bachelor's Degree gave me a holistic perspective on the construction industry, blending technical expertise with strategic leadership and project management skills. Through coursework and hands-on experiences, I gained insights into the intricacies of overseeing construction projects from inception to completion and navigating the complexities of budgets, schedules, and regulatory compliance.
However, my educational journey took an unexpected turn as I continued to feel a compelling pull towards the realm of graphic design. Driven by a passion for creativity and visual expression, I consciously decided to pivot my focus, channeling my energies toward mastering the art of graphic design.
Embracing this new direction with enthusiasm and determination, I immersed myself in the design world, exploring diverse mediums, techniques, and aesthetics. Drawing upon my industrial drafting and computer graphics background, I seamlessly transitioned into this vibrant field, leveraging your existing skills while pushing the boundaries of your creative prowess.
My journey from construction management to graphic design reflects my willingness to embrace change and pursue my passions. Armed with a diverse skill set and a relentless drive for excellence, I am poised to make a lasting impact in the dynamic and ever-evolving landscape of graphic design and traditional art.
